The operations of the Centre

The Centre in collaboration with IBBI has successfully organised two issues of a prestigious three-Day Online Certificate Course on ‘Evolving Paradigms of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016’. IBBI, which is the sectoral regulator of the insolvency laws in India, was institutionalised under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The event brought together distinguished panelists ranging from varied backgrounds including professors, partners, lawyers, civil servants, such as Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Sumant Batra, Scott Pryor, Neeti Shikha, KS Ravichandran, Rosmy Joan, Debanshu Mukherjee, Surbhi Kapur, Nilang T Desai, Ankit Srivastava, Risham Garg, Anil Kumar, Piyush Mishra, Mahendra Soni and Satish Kumar Gupta, Sudhakar Shukla who enriched the course providing valuable insights, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all participants.

By implementing initiatives such as the certificate course, the Centre actively fosters the growth and advancement of the insolvency ecosystem in India.
