The operations of the Centre and the Journal is carried out by the Executive Board in collaboration with Board of Advisors. The Executive Board comprises of the faculty members as well as the student members of the Centre and the Journal. The Board of Advisors comprises of legal luminaries of national and international repute in the arena of insolvency and bankruptcy regime. The Executive Board works in tandem with the suggestions made by the Board of Advisors.
